Description

In accordance with Articles L2113-6 to 8 of the Public Order Code, the Department of Yvelines, the Department of Hauts-de-Seine and the open joint union Seine Yvelines Voirie formed, by agreement dated 5 February 2021, a group of orders for the supply and installation of vertical signage on the departmental roads of the departments of Yvelines and Hauts-de-Seine. The Hauts-de-Seine Department coordinates this grouping from the consultation phase until the notification of the framework agreement. Each member of the group shall be responsible for the acts connected with its execution. The services under the Hauts-de-Seine department correspond to new operations or renovation or requalification operations carried out by the department on departmental roads. The services provided by the department of Yvelines correspond to new operations or renovation or requalification operations carried out by the department on departmental roads. The services under Seine Yvelines Voirie correspond to maintenance operations carried out as part of annual campaigns delegated to the SMO Seine Yvelines Voirie carried out on departmental roads and roads managed by the member communities of Seine Yvelines Voirie
