The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct administration of Lower Saxony (cf. § 2 of the operating instructions of the LZN). With the approval of its supervisory authority, the LZN can assume further tasks for public-law providers within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private-law companies in full ownership of the public sector (cf. § 3 Operating Instructions). In this area of responsibility, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for the supply of interchangeable loading vehicles for roll-off containers (WLF 32). Three vehicles will be ordered after the contract has been awarded.
