Description

Local government Beringen is looking for a registration and reservation platform for various services for the diverse range of activities that are organized from the city services. This offer can be aimed at individuals as well as groups. Primary services that will use this overarching booking system: - VISIT Beringen (ticketing visitors Mine Museum, guided tours, Mining Sundays, bike rental, reservation playground, ...) - Library (school visits, reading afternoons, workshops, ...) - Service center Klitsberg (meals, neighborhood restaurant, workshops, ...) In addition, the software must be easy to expand to relieve the operation of other services, we think of: - Service living together (intercultural activities, digi sessions, ...) - Service business (entrepreneurial activities) - Strategic cell environment (Beringen Boomt) Given the current agreement regarding room reservation expires, the software must also offer a solution for the rental of rooms and associated facilities. In concrete terms, this currently concerns about 16 complexes with about 100 rooms (please note: combined rooms are counted as separate rooms). In the current room reservation system, some 900 customers (individuals, de facto associations, organisation/association) were currently registered. Please note: Again, the software must be flexible in the number of complexes/rooms as well as in the number of customers so that the use can easily be expanded. Additional equipment linked to the rooms can be lent out for the cultural service complexes. Duration: The envisaged duration of the contract is 8 years (basic contract of 4 years with 4 tacit extensions of 12 months each). The above-mentioned duration of 8 years starts after the final acceptance of the implementation phase. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
