Description

Delivery of food products for the needs of childcare facilities in the Municipality of Dulovo in order to: 1) Providing quality, healthy and nutritious food to the users of childcare facilities on municipal budget support on the territory of the Municipality of Dulovo; 2) Providing a proper regime for the users of childcare facilities, taking into account the requirements of the Food Act and the normative acts for its implementation; 3) Improving the quality and conditions under which consumer nutrition takes place; 4) Increase the speed of delivery when food products are needed. The type and quantity of food products are specified in the Technical Specification, which is an integral part of this documentation. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification are estimates based on actual consumption in the past. The Assignor reserves the right not to declare the entire assortment, according to the specific (specific) needs of each structure, as well as according to the requirements and prescriptions of state control bodies and the requirements of the current legislation. The execution of the public procurement will be carried out by periodic deliveries, based on written requests, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority on the territory of the municipality of Dulovo.
