Description

Der Rahmengutachter hat seine Tätigkeit darauf auszurichten, dass die Sanierung der Boden- und Grundwasserschäden angemessen, effizient und unter Berücksichtigung der neuesten Erkenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Grundwassersanierung sowie den aktuellen umweltrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen (EU-Richtlinien und Bundesgesetzgebung) durchgeführt wird und die entwickelten bzw. zu entwickelnden Sanierungselemente sowie deren Umsetzung den Konsens aller Beteiligten (LMBV, Genehmigungsbehörden, Finanziers und Kommune) findet. Der Rahmengutachter ist dabei selbst ein Sachverständiger gemäß § 18 des Bundes-Bodenschutzgesetzes (BBodSchG) oder benennt einen im Bedarfsfall einzusetzenden Sachverständigen für die Aufgaben der Altlastensanierung am Standort Kokerei Lauchhammer.
