Description

According to the Federal Ministry of Digital and Transport, the goal is to expand over 4,000 km of the German route network to a high-performance network by 2030 as part of general renovations in order to reduce the network's susceptibility to disruption, improve the performance of the network and reduce future traffic restrictions through construction measures. As part of the general renovation of the Hagen-Wuppertal-Cologne high-performance corridor, the urgently needed renovation measures will be bundled and carried out simultaneously on the two sections of line 2730 between Cologne-Mülheim and Haan Gruiten and line 2550 between Haan Gruiten and Hagen-Haspe.
