Description

The objective of this CfT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to establish a framework of 4 LOTS - each LOT being a multi-party framework agreement. Each framework agreement will cover a separate lot: • Lot 1 – Energy Efficient Design (EED) Trainers and Mentors will support SEAI in the development and delivery of training on the topic of Energy Efficient Design (incl. EXEED and I.S. 399 standard requirements) to the relevant industry stakeholders. Mentors will be required to support SEAI in engaging, mentoring, and providing specialist advice to organisations who are thinking about or currently undertaking an Energy Efficient Design project investment. • Lot 2 – Technical Project Assessors will support SEAI in the evaluation of EXEED stage 2 project grant applications over a certain threshold (currently €100k Ex. VAT). They will complete a desktop audit (which includes an evaluation of the EXEED project proposals in terms of quality, specification, innovation, value for money and adherence to the energy efficient design approach) and undertake site visits culminating with a technical assessment report submission to SEAI. • Lot 3 – Operational, Technical and Advisory Services for the Support Scheme for Renewable Heat (SSRH) focused on individual client projects, including providing technical and operational advice to clients and SEAI and reviewing applications for the SSRH scheme. • Lot 4 – Developmental, Technical and Advisory Services for EXEED and SSRH focused on overall scheme performance and development for both SSRH and EXEED, including providing technical opinion regarding the operation and impact of the schemes and evaluating and reporting on changes in relevant regulatory requirements, technologies and market trends.
