Description

Dans le cadre d'une concession d'aménagement, la Communauté d'Agglomération Maubeuge Val de Sambre a délégué sa maîtrise d'ouvrage à NORDSEM pour procéder à la requalification des espaces publics. Le présent accord-cadre encadre l'ensemble des futurs travaux d'aménagement du NPNRU du quartier de Sous le bois au droit des communes de Maubeuge et Louvroil. Les travaux s'étendent sur un périmètre d'environ 13 ha et comprennent un lot VRD, un lot éclairage et un lot espaces verts. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un accord cadre à marchés subséquents définis sur la base d'un plan de phasage. La période prévisionnelle de réalisation des travaux est prévue de mi 2025 à 2030.
