Description

The acquisition concerns the purchase of dosimetric equipment for ionizing radiation monitoring to achieve and implement the configuration of the radiation protection system in order to ensure optimal working conditions for the operation of the linear electron accelerator and the gamma beam system within ELI-NP. Pursuant to Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation up to 20 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information sent by economic operators on the 12th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, in conjunction with Article 27(3) of Government Decision No 395/2016, as amended.
