Description

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs intends to award a contract to MyBrand Conclusion B.V. for the expansion of the HR information system GPS (Global Personnel System) solution, based on SAP SuccessFactors. The assignment concerns the acquisition of additional SAP modules (including SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace and Analytics Cloud Planning), their implementation and the operationalisation of these modules within the existing tenant. The contract will be awarded by negotiated procedure without prior notice pursuant to Article 2.32(1)(b)(2) of the Procurement Act 2012, due to the absence of competition for technical reasons. - Implementation: up to EUR 550,000 - Licences for the duration of the assignment (which may only be issued by the intended contractor): up to EUR 660 000 - Management for the duration of the contract: Between EUR 0,- and up to EUR 225.000,- Voluntary transparency in advance Request for Information - Total value of the contract is up to EUR 1.435.000,- (of which at least EUR 660.000 license costs for the intended contractor).
