The subject matter of the contract is ‘Purchase and supply of interactive monitors for the needs of the organisational units of the Municipality of Stalowa Wola’. The subject-matter of the contract covers the supply of equipment specifically indicated in Annex No 1 to the ToR – Description of the subject matter of the contract. The equipment and equipment shall be pre-created and complete (with full wiring) and labelled by the manufacturer in such a way that both the product and the manufacturer can be identified and must come from an authorised sales network, an official sales channel on the European Union market, and be guaranteed by the manufacturer. The equipment must be free from defects and from third-party encumbrances and from legal sources
