Description

The municipality of Tilburg is looking for a complete enforcement package that is fully installed, managed and maintained by the contractor. This application should not only be web-based, but also provide wireless connectivity between different components, which is essential for the smooth and effective execution of on-site enforcement tasks in the public space. BOAs must be able to process data on a mobile device and later in the office if necessary behind the PC. The ability to flexibly scale up and down licenses on demand is an important requirement, given the fluctuating needs within our enforcement processes. The package must be easily integrated within our own IT application landscape. The enforcement package should support a wide range of functionalities, including observations, reports, decisions, warnings, fines, and references to HALT.
