Description

The subject of the contract is: Provision of maintenance, technical and economic services in "AFRYKARIUM - OCEANARIUM" at ul. Wróblewskiego 1 - 5 in Wrocław, together with the areas adjacent to the building, i.e. the building with an area of 17,431.06 m2, together with a swimming pool located along the building with an area of 2,000.00 m2, an entrance zone with an area of 817.76 m2 and underground external reservoirs with installations, located on the property forming part of the plot marked with registration number 2/2, located in Wrocław at ul. Wróblewski 1 - 5, entered in the land register under number KW WR1K/00076199/4 kept by the District Court in Wrocław, 4th Land Register Division, hereinafter referred to as the Object. A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the scope of services, the obligations of the Contractor and the conditions for their implementation (including: a description of the equipment in the building) are set out in the annexes to the FTZ: - Annex 1 entitled "Table of service, technical and economic activities in the "AFRYKARIUM-OCEANARIUM" facility", - Annex 2 entitled "Table of service, technical and economic activities in the "AFRYKARIUM-OCEANARIUM" facility", - Annex 2 entitled "Table of service, technical and economic activities in the "AFRYKARIUM-OCEANARIUM" facility", - Annex 2 entitled "Table of service, technical and economic activities in the "AFRYKARIUM-OCEANARI "Summary of the surface area of AFRICARLUM - OCEANARIUM " by function, - Annex 3 : The Contracting Authority shall make available to interested parties prior to submitting a tender in these proceedings acquaintance with the facility and the area on which it is located.
