The subject of the contract is: ‘Provision of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 12 500 000.00 for the Municipality of Tarnów to cover the deficit and outlays of the municipal budget for 2026’, under the following conditions: The loan will be drawn in tranches, the amount of which will be reported by the borrower in writing at the disposal of the lender to launch the loan tranche. , ‘on demand’, with the last tranche credited to the bank account no later than 31.12.2026.

Description: 1. Kryterium Cena 100 % 1) Poszczególne oferty otrzymują punkty obliczone wg wzoru: Ad 1. Punkty za kryterium „cena”: W x = (C min : C x) x waga kryterium Gdzie: W x - ilość punktów przyznanych danej ofercie za cenę brutto, C min - najniższa cena spośród ofert spełniających wymogi specyfikacji, C x - cena rozpatrywanej oferty. 2) Maksymalna liczba punktów możliwych do uzyskania w kryterium odpowiada wadze tego kryterium podanej w procentach. 3) Zamawiający wybierze ofertę najkorzystniejszą spośród ofert nieodrzuconych, przez co należy rozumieć ofertę, która przedstawia najkorzystniejszy bilans kryterium ceny. 4) Punkty będą przyznawane z dokładnością do dwóch miejsc po przecinku, z zachowaniem zasad matematyki przy zaokrągleniach. 5) W przypadku gdy w poszczególnych kryteriach oceny ofert, ze względu na błędy zaokrągleń, oferty z różnymi wartościami ceny, przy obliczaniu punktacji z dokładnością do dwóch miejsc po przecinku, uzyskają w tych kryteriach jednakową liczbę punktów, zastosowane będą zaokrąglenia do co najmniej trzech miejsc po przecinku. 6) Jeżeli nie można dokonać wyboru najkorzystniejszej oferty ze względu na to, że zostały złożone oferty o takiej samej cenie, Zamawiający wzywa Wykonawców, którzy złożyli te oferty, do złożenia w terminie określonym przez Zamawiającego ofert dodatkowych zawierających nową cenę.
