Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of oral vaccine against rabies for wild foxes to the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorates indicated in Chapter I, subchapter I of the OVZ. 2. The description of the subject-matter of the contract, including the number of vaccine doses for individual Provincial Veterinary Inspectorates and the manner in which the subject-matter of the contract is to be carried out, are set out in Annex 1 to the CVT, which is the description of the subject-matter of the contract, and in Annex 2 to the CVT – Draft provisions of the contract. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that, in order to confirm that the vaccine offered meets the requirements set out in Chapter III of Annex 1 to the RVU, which is the Description of the subject of the contract, the Contractor submits with the tender the evidence in question, i.e. a marketing authorisation for oral vaccine against rabies for wild red foxes together with all annexes, in particular the Summary of Product Characteristics for veterinary medicinal products, issued by decision of the minister competent for health or the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products or in accordance with Article 3 para. 2 Pharmaceutical Law Act permit issued by the Council of the European Union or the European Commission; 4. As a result of the procedure, contracts will be concluded for each Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate separately, in accordance with the draft provisions contained in Annex 2 to the CVT. 5. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Act. 6. The contracting authority does not provide for the electronic auction referred to in Articles 227 to 238 of the Public Procurement Act. 7. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant tenders within the meaning of Art. 1 of the PPL Act. 8. The contracting authority shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted. The contracting authority does not envisage concluding the framework agreement referred to in Articles 311 to 315 of the Public Procurement Act. 9. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of costs of participation in the procedure, including reimbursement of costs incurred for the acquisition of a qualified electronic signature. 10. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of tenders in the form of electronic catalogues or the attachment of electronic catalogues to the tender. 11. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds that the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice. 12. The programme for the vaccination of wild foxes is co-financed by the European Union under the programme for the eradication of rabies for 2025-2027. 13. Detailed requirements concerning the conditions for participation in the procedure and the grounds for exclusion are contained in Chapter VIII and Chapter IX of the SWZ. 14.
