Description

In this procurement, the City of Hämeenlinna (in the future also the contracting entity/contractor) is experimenting with a new way of presenting the procurement documents. As a result, only the mandatory information has been entered into the tendering system and all other information is included in the appendices, i.e. read carefully all tender documents. The contracting entity has the right to check the information provided by the tenderer in its tender documents before making a procurement decision. If the information provided is incorrect, the tender will be excluded from the invitation to tender. The contracting entity places orders when a procurement need arises and within the limits of its appropriations. The procurement does not include a quantity purchase obligation for the contracting entity. NOTE! Tenderers should note the following in relation to this invitation to tender: - The actual comparison of tenders will not be carried out, but all tenderers who have submitted an admissible tender will be accepted as suppliers. - A tender may be submitted even if the tenderer has a limited product range. The aim is to have many suppliers for each sub-assembly, in which case the suppliers' selections partly complement each other. - It is not advisable not to submit a tender because of contractual penalties and penalties for late payment, as these are not the primary means of dealing with errors. However, the city must, if necessary, be entitled to fines, for example, in a situation where the error is significant or where the errors are recurring. In the beginning, we will hold an information session, which is definitely worth attending if you want to submit an offer. The information session will be held via Teams on 10 June 2025 at 12.00-1.30 pm. The Teams link can be found in the links in this invitation to tender or the link will be delivered separately via the Tender Service portal. It is not mandatory to attend the information session, but it is recommended. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
