Description

The object of the contract is the instrumentation of the litotrypthytics centre of the urological department – an operating table for the FNsP J.A. Reimana Prešov’s urology department of 1 p.p. The subject-matter of the contract must be new, unused and unremanufactured, in a flawless state and comply with all applicable Slovak legislation.
An integral part of the contract is the transport of the subject of the contract to the agreed place of delivery, the unloading at the place of delivery, the submission of the documentary evidence necessary for the acquisition of ownership of the subject-matter of the contract, the provision of user documentation for the subject-matter of the contract, the commissioning of the subject-matter of the contract (installation), the training of the staff of the contracting authority on the correct use of the subject-matter of the contract and the issuing of a training certificate containing a nominal list of trained staff, and the provision of warranty repairs in the event of defects in the subject-matter of the contract during the guarantee period.
