Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of chocolates, confectionery, desserts, stimulants and cereal products, including corn flakes, divided into 8 parts (tasks). 2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ and other tender documentation, which will be published on the website of the procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the procedure in question. The Employer's exercise of the option right shall be triggered by sending the Contractor an appropriate notification in writing or in a document. The Contractor shall not be entitled to make optional deliveries to the Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option repeatedly, until the maximum quantity specified in § 3 sec. 2 of the contract , but not later than 24.12.2025. The exercise of the right of option by the Ordering Party after the expiry of the above-mentioned date shall require the Contractor’s consent in writing or in document form.
