Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of chocolates, confectionery, desserts, stimulants and cereal products, including corn flakes, divided into 8 parts (tasks). 2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documents, which will be published on the website of the procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the procedure in question. The exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party shall be triggered by sending an appropriate notification to the Contractor in written or documentary form. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claim any optional deliveries from the Ordering Party. 4.The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option repeatedly, until the maximum quantity specified in § 3 sec. 2 of the contract, but not later than until 24.12.2025. The exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party after the above-mentioned date requires the Contractor's consent in writing or in document form.
