4.1 The subject of the present proceedings is the planting of bulbous plants on the Roundabout of the Invalids, on the Market Square in Nowosolna and at al. Hetman's on a boat. 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 and in the model contract (Annex 7).
