Description

The Danish Ministry of Defence Property Agency (hereinafter referred to as "the Danish Property Agency") has an ongoing project "Establishment of Multinational Division North, Antvorskov", where a contract has been signed with RUBOW Arkitekter A/S for total consultancy for the above project. The total consultancy agreement was concluded after the completion of a mini-tender on the Danish Property Agency's framework agreement for total consultancy at the time. For the purpose of the project, a need has arisen for the purchase of additional comprehensive advice. The Danish Property Agency has assessed that the Agency may extend the agreement pursuant to Section 181 of the Public Procurement Act, as the conditions for the application of the exemption clause are assessed to be met. The Danish Property Agency therefore intends to purchase additional full-service consultancy from the current full-service consultant.
