Description

Dalkia was awarded the creation of the boiler room and the urban heating network in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube. The renewable energies that will power this heat network will be a heat pump that will recover heat on the water of the Adour. A network must therefore be created to collect the water and transmit it from the Adour to the boiler room and then discharge it to the Adour. The plot dedicated to the project is located Chemin de Garinde in Bayonne, and is separated from the Adour by about 80 meters. As of the date of publication of this call for applications, not all technical points have been defined. The call for tenders which is the subject of this call for applications will involve the following work: - Site installations, bringing and folding of drilling and sludge treatment equipment - Geotechnical study G3 and execution studies - Piloting of the shot(s) by gyroscopic and magnetic guidance - Conducting one or two directed boreholes to pass under the SNCF tracks, Captain Resplandy's avenue and reach the Adour bank (pilot draw, borehole and pipe draw) - Supply of the HDPE type 3 DN indoor pipe 200 mm (to be confirmed) for directed boreholes, - Management and disposal of drilling muds - Temporary protection of the exit area of the Adour bank borehole (for example, sheet pile curtain), At the date, it is planned to carry out two directed boreholes. The invitation to tender may include only one borehole, depending on the progress of the file. The length of the directed boreholes will be between 80 and 120 metres depending on the technical solution chosen. The maximum flow rate to be conveyed will be 200 m3/h.The contracting entity reserves the right to ask tenderers to submit one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the WFD. The services may be divided into firm tranches and one or more optional tranches. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
