Dowóz uczniów niepełnosprawnych zamieszkałych w Chorzowie do placówek, szkół i ośrodków szkolno – wychowawczych w których dzieci realizują obowiązek szkolny i obowiązek nauki. Dzieci i uczniowie są dowożone z miejsca zamieszkania do 20 placówek w Chorzowie i do 10 placówek poza miasto. Powyższe placówki zostały podzielone na 11 tras. Wykaz tras z placówkami stanowią załączniki do SWZ.
