Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. The services are paid for by unit prices. These services consist in the realization of temporary road counts, their counting and the exploitation of the data collected on the domain of Toulouse Métropole. Toulouse Métropole, as part of its expertise in the field of roads, needs to quantify the road traffic transiting on the viaire network. The services relate to: - The realization of temporary road counts including the installation and removal of metering equipment with the installation of the temporary signage necessary for the installation and removal of metering equipment. - Extraction and supply of raw files containing flow, speed and discrimination measurements Light Vehicle/Heavy Weight/Bike/2 Motorized Wheels/EDPM and pedestrians where applicable - Transmission of results by API with the geolocation of counting points with GPS coordinates in XY projection and synthesize in GIS format defined by Toulouse Métropole
