Description

Die Niederlassung Köln des BLB NRW ist beauftragt worden, auf dem Gelände der Bundespolizei in Sankt Augustin eine Poststelle und eine Hauptwache zu errichten. Diese Neubauten umfassen neben den Dienst- und Geschäftsräumen auch Räume mit sonstiger Nutzung sowie Sanitäreinrichtungen. Die Neubauten sind unter Berücksichtigung des Leitfadens Nachhaltiges Bauen und des Bewertungssystems Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) zu planen und errichten. Entsprechend der Erlasslage ist dazu eine sinngemäße Anwendung des BNB umzusetzen. Eine Zertifizierung der sinngemäßen Anwendung ist nicht vorgesehen. Für die Zielvereinbarungen der sinngemäßen BNB-Anwendung ist auf der Ebene der Kriterien und Teilkriterien zu prüfen und hierbei das "Silberniveau" (mind. 65% Gesamterfüllungsgrad) anzustreben.
