Form of providing specialized services: 2.1. The provision of specialist services in the form of tele-advice will be carried out using a telephone exchange, after prior agreement on the technical data of the exchange with the Ordering Party (the need to integrate with PKOS), confirming the time of work performed by specialists, with the possibility of printing monthly reports (containing data, among others, specialist, date, time, duration of the conversation, comments). The telephone exchange will have one telephone number common to all Specialists, which will be visible when making calls. 2.2. Specialists will provide specialist services as part of tele-advice, which will be billed for the actual time of the tele-advice, based on the rate indicated by the Contractor for a given specialist. In the case of seconds, the time will be rounded up to a full minute. The remuneration for the work of a specialist will be settled per minute, based on the time of the teleadvice. The coordinator will be required to: • entering in the PKOS system the dates of available teleporads, their updates and data on their implementation; • Coordinate and monitor the work of professionals, with a particular focus on the time and number of tele-advices provided; • setting monthly work schedules for specialists: psychologist, dietician, gerontologist or psychogerontologist, psychosexual; teleconferences of specialists will be provided from 8.00 to 20.00; • flexible management of the number of hours, with a minimum of 300 minutes per month and a maximum of 6000 minutes per month in total for all professionals; • confirming an agreed teleadvice with a project participant; • determining with the appointed representative of the Ordering Party the schedule of availability of specialists providing tele-advice, one month in advance.
