1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in the buildings of the Senate Chancellery, which includes: 1.1. comprehensive cleaning ok. 7,498 m2 of space inside the buildings and approx. 660 m2 of outdoor space, including: 1.1. building "A" and "B" at ul. Rural 6/8 – approx. 5017 m2 of internal surfaces and approx. 290 m2 of external surfaces (approx. 260 m2 of marble floor and approx. 30 m2 of stairs), 1.2. building at ul. Frascati 2 – approx. 927 m2 of internal space, 1.3. building at ul. Smolna 12 – approx. 1333 m2 of internal areas and approx. 370 m2 of external surfaces (yard, ramp, sidewalk and external stairs), 1.4. building at ul. Rural 1 - internal surface approx. 79 m2; 1.5. building at ul.
