Description

The services of the contractor (AN) include the technical planning of technical equipment in buildings and outdoor installations in accordance with Section 2 of Part 4 of the HOAI 2013 with parts of LPH 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2013, supplemented by specific services, in particular:
Preparation of the construction documentation using the checklist master
Planning services are carried out on the basis of the following rules:
— AU 174 (Aerodrome/Airfield Lighting System Manual for NATO and National Installations (HB BA)),
— ICAO Annex 14,
— STANAG 3316,
— EASA Certification Specifications (CS) and Guidance Documents (GM) for the installation of aerodromes;
— Directive ‘Temporary obstacles in the obstacle clearances of instrument tracks at aerodromes’,
— DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH ‘Guidelines for the installation of ILS installations’.
According to Annex 15.2 of the list of objects for technical equipment, the items of the measure are assigned to the following fee zones:
Plant group 4 High-voltage installations: Fee zone III.
