Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from real estate located in the Krzymów Commune, where residents live, as well as the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from real estate owned by the Krzymów Commune indicated in point I.4, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 1996, No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolska Region for the years 2019-2025 together with the investment plan and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Krzymów Commune. The Contractor is obliged to transfer municipal waste collected from residential properties in accordance with Article 9e sec. 1 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733).
