Description

The IKK classic hereby announces that it will conclude non-exclusive discount agreements under § 130a(8) SGB V with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies in the period from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2023 on different active ingredients and combinations of active ingredients on equal, non-negotiable terms. The earliest contract starts on 1 April 2021, provided that the signed contract and all necessary supporting documents and self-declarations are received by the IKK classic by 5 March 2021. According to that provision, the following shall apply: On receipt of the documents by the 5th of each month in the possible period of accession, the first day of the following month will start. On receipt of the documents after the 5th of each month in the possible period of accession, the first of the following month after the next month will start. Accession to the Agreement is possible at any time during the specified period, but no later than 5.2.2023. For further information, see point VI.3 below.
