Description

Purchase of meteorological measurement system equipment in the following parts:
Part 1: Purchase of drop spectra meter for 9 stations
Part 2: Purchase of cilometers for 9 stations
Part 3: Purchase of measuring equipment (for surface measurements) for 9 stations
Part 4: Purchase of equipment for measuring radiation balance components for 9 stations
The procurement of the “Meteorological measurement system equipment” to be procured will contribute to a more effective but cost-effective operation of hail prevention. Further development of the meteorological segment will increase the effectiveness of interventions. The OMSZ will renovate 9 ground stations to meet today’s meteorological needs in response to the challenges of dangerous weather conditions. As part of the project, the aim is to create WMO compliant high availability stations, which will transmit measurement data to the central database with a frequency of minutes.
