Description

In accordance with Article L1111-5 of the Public Procurement Code, this is a framework service agreement because its main purpose is to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of static power supplies without cuts for the needs of the sites concerned; the associated works and supplies remain ancillary. This framework service agreement is single-awarded and divided by geographical lot in order to provide maintenance services for uninterruptible static power supplies, static charge transfer systems and battery chargers for the needs of the North and East sites. The expected services include hardware and software supplies, maintenance of the installations, costs relating to interventions, labour hours, travel rates, as well as the removal of old installations if necessary. If the installations need to be extended, the same price schedule may be used to cover all requirements. The unit price schedule will be subject to change depending on the equipment requirements and associated services. The contractor must include all the technical solutions available in the manufacturers' catalogues.
