Ensuring the day-to-day operation and scheduled maintenance of the Vasas Sport Complex operated by the National Sport Agency Nonprofit Zrt. The Contracting Entity wishes to contract for the continuous, high-quality maintenance, economical operation and energy-conscious use of the equipment and devices located in the area of the Vasas Sport Complex. The bidder is responsible for the smooth operation of Vasas' facilities, technical equipment and environment, for carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance and performing current day-to-day tasks, for satisfying maintenance needs, as well as for resolving ad-hoc errors as quickly as possible, and for handling any malfunctions in accordance with the Technical Specifications. The sports complex is located in the 13th district of Budapest, in Angyalföld, in an area bordered by Fáy utca – Béke út – Hajdú utca. Surface area of the installation: 91,788 m2 To perform general maintenance tasks based on flat-rate accounting and - up to a net amount of HUF 47,400,000 - with item-by-item accounting after the occurrence - to perform work related to the Havaria event or other ad hoc commissioned work.
