Information systems maintenance services of Kaunas District Municipality are purchased. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 lots: Lot I – financial accounting and activity management IS maintenance, support, development (and other) services, Lot II – personnel management and salary calculation IS maintenance, support, development (and other) services, Lot III – land lease fee accounting IS maintenance, support, development (and other) services (hereinafter ‘Services’). The contracting authority and its subordinate bodies shall have integrated information systems in place: Financial accounting and performance management – deployer/developer UAB Labbis; Personnel management and payroll calculation – deployer/developer UAB Labbis; Land lease fee accounting system – deployer/developer UAB Labbis; The Provider must have the right to provide the specified Services.
