Supply of high-voltage, medium-voltage and low-voltage active electricity and inclusion in the balancing group of Sofiyska Voda AD’s facilities
The subject of the contract is the supply of high-voltage, medium-voltage and low-voltage active electricity at freely negotiated prices, in accordance with the Energy Act, and the inclusion of Sofiyska Voda AD’s facilities in a balancing group and the coverage of their imbalances. The high-voltage site of Sofiyska Voda AD is the Kubratovo Waste Water Treatment Plant (KWWTP), with a measuring point number: 32X0011001001408 and is connected directly to the high-voltage electricity transmission network operated by ESO. The low-voltage and medium-voltage facilities of Sofiyska Voda AD are described in Annex 1, Annex 2 and Annex 3 to this section. The contracting authority shall be included with all its sites as an indirect member in the balancing group of the contractor (trader) and shall be provided with all necessary administrative and other services related to the coverage of the imbalances in relation to the hourly schedules of the company. The contractor (trader) carries out the activities covered by the contract in accordance with the requirements laid down in the draft contract. For information to the Participants, the Contracting Authority shall provide an indicative, estimated amount of high, medium and low voltage active electricity required for the duration of the contract: Under operating co-generation system conditions (MWh): low voltage 3 700 medium voltage 2 000 high voltage 5 500 Total 11 200 In case of prolonged shutdowns of the co-generation installation (MWh): low voltage 3 700 medium voltage 2 000 high voltage 13 000 Total 18 700
