Description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of 2 electrosurgical generators, including advanced bipolar coagulation, including:
• their assembly, installation and entry into service, including verification of their functionality,
• carrying out all acceptance and operational tests and tests in accordance with the legislation in force and carrying out appropriate revisions;
• verification of the declared technical parameters of the instruments offered according to the technical specification,
• instruction of health professionals and staff of the OOKC department of the buyer (pursuant to Section 61 of Act No 268/2014 on medical devices and amending Act No 634/2004 on administrative fees, as amended), including the drawing up of a briefing note;
• transmission of all relevant documents;
• warranty service under the conditions set out in the mandatory draft sales contract in point V.
