The contents of the services to be performed according to the schedule of services are the shell work for the construction of a new research building for the extension of the existing listed Max Planck Institute for Medical Research. The building consists of a high-rise building with 10 upper and 2 lower floors, as well as an underground special laboratory area. The service also includes the earthworks of the excavation pit.
