Description

Single-Awarded Master Agreement on Purchase Orders and Subsequent Contracts. Duration of 19 firm months and 2 extension periods of 6 optional months (in addition to 1 optional month, concurrent with the operational phase, of outgoing reversibility). The expected services are grouped under three headings: - 1. metrology: preliminary preventive operations, calibration or verification operations, possibly adjustment operations followed by a new verification operation, - 2. preventive and corrective maintenance, - 3. organisational support by the case handler or on-site technician: a) Provisional planning, security organisation, receipt of requests in coordination with the contract manager, b) Support of equipment on the CEA Gramat site, c) Logistics for the weekly shuttle and for specific shipments to other CEA DAM sites, d) Issuance of exit slips, preparation of weekly shuttles, management of the return of equipment and update of the status of the services carried out on our IT tools, fleet management services, e) monitoring of equipment and actions at the manufacturer, reporting on the progress of the service. The main technical areas concerned are, by decreasing quantity of services: electricity/magnetism, time/frequency, optics/ radiometry-photometry, dimensional, mass/weight, pressure/flow, radiation protection, force/couple, acceleration, temperature/hygrometry, ionising radiation, acoustics. The estimated volume of services is approximately 1200 transactions per year. The services also include metrology and maintenance operations on on-site measurement chains. Additional information: 1. COFRAC accreditation is required in the following areas: time-frequency. 2. Certain works and/or services under the framework agreement may be subject to national, European or international export control rules, including the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
