Předmětem veřejné zakázky je fyzická dodávka zemního plynu do odběrných míst Zadavatele včetně zajištění souvisejících služeb v plynárenství a přenesení odpovědnosti za odchylku na dodavatele od okamžiku zahájení dodávky podle Energetického zákona a dle vyhlášky Energetického regulačního úřadu č. 349/2015 Sb., o pravidlech trhu s plynem a dalších prováděcích vyhlášek k tomuto zákonu v platném znění, a to včetně zajištění regulovaného přístupu k přenosové soustavě a distribučním soustavám a zajištění systémových služeb.
