Description

The contract consists of the maintenance of the surroundings of the works of in BW (Departments of Sanitation (sewage and pumping plants, storm weir, storm basins), Production of drinking water, and waste (recyparcs)) for a period of 4 years (1 year renewable 3x 1 year) from 1/09/2025 to 31/08/2029. These dates are given for information only. It mainly includes the maintenance of lawns, hay meadows, the perimeter of each structure, and the internal and external accesses to the sites, as well as the maintenance of existing plantations. Very important remarks: • in BW reserves the right to carry out certain work defined in-house (maintenance of flowered meadows, planting, sheeting, etc.). • Progressively in BW has embarked on an approach of differentiated management of the green spaces present around the works. Through this CSF, in BW wishes to continue its efforts in terms of differentiated management: alternative weeding to be implemented, tree-friendly pruning, mulching, hedges planted with local and varied species, flowering and grassy meadows promoting biodiversity, etc. • in BW may reduce or increase the number of services (depending on climatic conditions such as drought, site operating conditions, environmental reasons, etc.) without any additional price or any other financial compensation of any kind whatsoever. o As regards Lots 1 to 4, this request will be validated by Ms V. TAVIET or Ms I. VERHEYDEN. o As regards Lot 5, this request will be validated by Mr B. GLIBERT. o As regards Lot 6, this request will be validated by Mr C.
