Description

The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) will shortly procure middle layer clothing for the armed forces through the establishment of a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer.
The procurement is currently planned as an open tender contest with the notice date in September 2021, tender deadline in November/December 2021, and the contract signing in March 2022. The contracting authority envisages that tenderers will submit tender samples and specimens from the winning tenderer. The cost of delivering tender samples is to be covered by the tenderer.
Before the publication, the Contracting Authority needs information from the market. This is described in point 2.4.
