Project management competition on sketch. The City of Toulouse wants to build a public building, sports vocation, rue Sébastienne Marre, 31140 Toulouse, in order to meet the needs of the neighborhood. The project concerns the implementation of: - a multi-sport practice area allowing the practice of handball, volleyball, basketball and badminton, in accordance with the standards of the 4 federations, which will make it possible to organize competitions at regional level, - indoor stands, - associated premises and changing rooms, - premises reserved for municipal agents, - an outdoor parking area for service staff, - a dojo, - a multipurpose room. These buildings will have positive energy and will house a photovoltaic field on the roof to compensate for the site's electricity consumption.
