The subject matter of this contract is ‘Designation of a contractor for works for a site: Emergency repair of a small structure on road III-409 Omurtag – Aprilovo – Svetlen at km 30+681. The purpose of the public procurement is to appoint a contractor to carry out construction and installation works on the above-described site and, in this connection, to conclude a contract for its implementation, with a view to carrying out quality construction of the site in accordance with the regulatory requirements and meeting the agreed deadlines. Investment project (Draft documentation): The technical design (Draft Documentation) is provided in Annex A to the procurement documents. The subject-matter of the contract shall include a description of the activities to be carried out under the contract, as follows: A) Stage I - execution of construction and installation works; B) Stage II - Removal of manifested defects during the warranty period; C) All other activities necessary for the execution of the subject of the public contract and the warranty maintenance of the work specified in the procurement documents and its annexes. *Note: All risks which may arise in the course of performance of the contract, with the exception of those which are expressly stated in the procurement documents or in the contract to be borne by the Contracting Authority, shall be borne by the Contractor and shall be taken into account by the Contractor when preparing the tender, and shall in no case justify an increase in the duration of the contract or its price!
