3.1 The subject of the competition is the selection of the entity to which the contract for the provision of health services for insured persons and other entitled persons covered by the care of the Upper Silesian Medical Centre named after Prof. Leszek Giec of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Ziołowa 45/47, 40-635 Katowice in the following scope: Providing health services in the field of nursing in the Department of General Surgery, Vessels, Angiology and Phlebology. 3.2 Health benefits will be provided on weekdays between 2 a.m. and 4 p.m. 7 25 - 15 00 or between hours. 7 00 - 1435 or for 12 hours, i.e. from 7 00 to 19 00 or from 19 00 to 7 00 and on Saturdays, Sundays and non-working days, for 12 hours, i.e. from 7 00 to 19 00 or from 19 00 to 7 00 on the basis of the Schedule drawn up by the Branch Nurse or another person authorized by the Awarding Director. The awarding entity allows for the possibility of extending or reducing the number of units/cells in which health services will be provided in the event of the creation of new units/cells or other organizational changes at the awarding entity and/or in the case of the awarding entity's provision of health services on behalf of other entities.
