The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is established for the supply of various types of chemicals and reagents for the needs of the Specialised Hospital for Active Treatment of Hematological Diseases EAD (SBALHZ EAD). The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification are estimated and do not create obligations for the Contracting Authority to assign them in the estimated volume. The actual implementation of the public procurement is determined on the basis of the intake of patients and the prognosis of SBALHZ EAD for the chemicals and reagents needed by the medical institution. The duration of the DPS is 24 (twenty-four) months. The DPS is carried out in two stages. FIRST STAGE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASE SYSTEM – COLLECTION OF PARTICIPATION APPLICATIONS Qualification of suppliers (admission of suppliers to the system).
