1. Subject-matter of the contract: ‘Consultancy activities related to the assessment of the compliance of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision in the implementation of construction and installation works’ with the following lots: Lot No 1 – ‘Sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock of the Association of Owners ‘ROZHEN’ with address: 53 A and B Cherni Vrah Str., Svishtov; Lot 2 ‘Sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock of the Owners’ Association ‘PRESPA’, address: Svishtov, 2 Hemus Street; Lot 3 – Sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock of the Association of Owners ‘MILANOVTSI’ with address: Svishtov, 15 Todor Milanovich Str.; Lot No 4 ‘Sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock of the Owners’ Association ‘Gr. Svishtov, 1A Dr. G. Atanasovich Street’; Lot No 5 ‘Sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock of the Kantona Owners’ Association’, with address: Svishtov, 76 Patriarh Evtimiy Street, bl.15’; Lot No 6 ‘Sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock of the Association of Owners ‘BLAGODENSTVIE’ with address: Svishtov, 11 Hadzhi Dimitar Street. 2. Description of the subject of the procurement. The subject matter of the contract shall include: Activity 1: Assessment of the compliance of all parts of the investment project with the essential requirements for construction works under Article 169 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA), and preparation of a comprehensive report assessing the compliance of the project with the requirements under Article 142(5) of the SDA for the construction described in the lot. Activity 2: Obligations of the Contractor relating to the exercise of the functions of construction supervision of the construction works within the meaning of the Spatial Development Act, verification and control of the construction products supplied and incorporated in the construction works, ensuring the fulfilment of the basic requirements for the construction works in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance referred to in Article 9(2)(5) of the Technical Requirements for Products Act and performing the functions of a safety and health coordinator in accordance with Article 5(3) of Regulation No 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work in the performance of construction and installation works. Activity 3: Updating of the technical passport of the construction works, after completion of the planned construction works, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No 5/28.12.2006; Activity 4: Preparation of a final report to the contracting authority for the commissioning of the construction. The detailed implementation requirements are in accordance with the Technical Specifications for the lots, an integral part of the tender documentation. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for the lots only with a tenderer who meets the selection criteria and whose tender fulfils the pre-announced conditions. The framework agreements will be concluded with one person, the first-ranked tenderer designated as the contractor for the lot concerned. The Framework Agreements set out all the conditions. Pursuant to Article 82(1) of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority concludes a public procurement contract applying these conditions. The contracting authority will conclude a Contract for the award of the respective lot, after providing funding. No funding was available at the time of the opening of the procedure. It's important!
