Digital development of spatial planning and urban planning documentation – General Urban Plan and Local Urban Planning Regulation and GIS transposition – for the municipality of Șcheia, Suceava County
The purpose of this investment is to develop/update the General Urban Plan and to increase digital access to spatial and urban planning documents. The current project is carried out for the development/updating of the PUG inclusive in digital format (GIS) of spatial planning and urban planning documents, respectively the approval of the General Urban Plan. The main stages in the performance of the contract: –Phase I – development of supporting studies –Phase II – development of integrated multicriteria diagnostic analysis, SWOT analysis –Phase III – development of the preliminary form of the urban planning documentation PUG/RLU –Phase IV – obtaining opinions/agreements, final drafting of the urban planning documentation, with insertion of all comments in the opinions/agreements, approval of the HCL –Phase V – final drafting of the PUG/RLU –Phase VI – Transposition of the PUG/RLU documentation in GIS-compatible format –Phase VII – Opinion of the County Council/Local Council
