Description

The main activities for which the contractor is responsible are the following: Exercising construction supervision during the implementation of the site, until its adoption and commissioning, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and ensuring the application of the Bulgarian regulatory requirements. The scope of the contract includes supervision activities during the construction of sites in accordance with Articles 166 and 168 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA) in volume and scope in accordance with the requirements of the SDA and the relevant secondary legislation, including: • monitoring the completeness and correct drafting of acts and protocols during construction, in accordance with Ordinance No 3/2003; • preparation of a final report to the contracting authority in accordance with Article 168(6) of the Spatial Development Act; • preparation of a technical passport of the site, in accordance with Article 176b of the Spatial Development Act and within the scope specified in Article 4 of Regulation No 5 of 28.12.2006 on technical passports for construction works, issued by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRDPW, updated SG No 7/2007); • preparation of the necessary documentation for the acceptance of the site by the Contracting Authority, as well as its commissioning.
