The subject of the competition is to select the entity to which the contract for the provision of health services for insured persons and other entitled persons covered by the care of the Upper Silesian Medical Centre named after Prof. Leszek Giec of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Ziołowa 45/47, 40-635 Katowice in the following scope: Providing health services in the field of general surgery and emergency medicine in the Hospital Emergency Department, during the ordinary ordination of working time and medical duty. Benefits will be provided during the ordinary ordination of working time, regular or holiday medical duty, on the basis of a monthly schedule approved by the Ordinator / Doctor in charge of the Branch. The awarding entity shall allow for the possibility of extending or reducing the number of units/cells in the event of the creation of new units/cells or other organisational changes at the awarding entity and/or in the event of the award of health services by the awarding entity on behalf of other entities. Whenever SWKO or its annexes refer to: Ordinary ordination of working time is understood to mean the provision of health services on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between hours. 700 - 1435. Ordinary duty is understood as medical duty performed in the afternoon and at night on weekdays, i.e. from Monday to Friday, is 16 h 25’, i.e. from 1435 to 700 the following day.
