Description

As part of the further development of the NOVAXUD business district located in the immediate vicinity of the TGV train station, Le Mans Métropole is planning to develop a higher education - innovation training centre on a land rights-of-way of approximately 3 hectares. This project will also include all the functions necessary to create a lively and lively neighborhood close to the hyper center. This project will be implemented within the framework of a Concerted Development Zone (ZAC). The launch of the studies prior to the creation of this ZAC "NOVAXUD - Nouveau Campus" was decided by Community deliberation of 3 October 2024. The framework agreement will be implemented by concluding subsequent contracts and issuing order forms in accordance with the terms of the specifications. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid by flat-rate prices.
