IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC PAPER SERVICE Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
The subject of this public contract is the implementation of electronic filing service using ICZ e-file system licenses for subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The subject-matter of this public contract is not the acquisition of a licence(s). The subject of this public contract is also the migration of data from the original electronic file service system used by the Client to the implemented system. The producer of the electronic filing service ICZ e-spis® is the company ICZ a.s., IČO: 25145444. The exact definition of the subject of the public contract and other requirements for its implementation, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are specified in detail in Annex 1 and Annex 9 to these tender specifications. For reasons of protection, information on the detailed design of the solution is not part of this public part of the tender documentation. The tender documentation containing information on the current state of the electronic filing service at the Contracting Authority, the analysis and detailed design of the implementation of the electronic filing service system into the Contracting Authority’s environment (hereinafter referred to as the “System Documentation”) is available through the contracting authority’s profile within the National Electronic Tool as a non-public part (which forms Annex 9) of this tender documentation. The request for access to the non-public part of the tender documentation must be sent by the suppliers via the National Electronic Tool. As part of the request, the Contractor shall submit a completed electronically signed Confidential Information Protection Agreement (annexed to Annex 10 to this Tender Specification) in which he undertakes to use the information provided only for the purpose of preparing a tender for this procurement. The model of this agreement must be signed (authorised conversion of a manually signed document or a valid recognised electronic signature) by a person authorised to act on behalf of the supplier requesting access to the system documentation. The signed template shall be delivered to the procuring entity in a form that allows the subsequent affixing of a qualified electronic signature by the procuring entity. Upon receipt of the signed ‘Confidential Information Protection Agreement’ by the contracting authority, a non-public part of these tender specifications will be made available to the contractors in the National Electronic Tool within 3 working days. The contracting authority points out that in the performance of the subject of the public contract, the contractor will be required to fulfil the subject of the public contract through members of the implementation team who have demonstrated the technical part of the qualification. The contracting authority draws the supplier's attention to the fact that the tender documentation is a summary of the documents, data, requirements and technical conditions of the contracting authority defining the subject of the public contract, and not the final summary of all requirements resulting from generally applicable standards. In drawing up its tender, the supplier must therefore always comply not only with the requirements contained in the tender documents, but also with the provisions of the relevant generally binding standards. The contracting authority does not accept alternative solutions. Further details are set out in the tender documentation (due to the scope, not all information is provided here).
